You can enjoy the delicious recipes of the hostess, made ​​with fresh and regional products or Thai products. Our cuisine combines the classic Thai gastronomy and more modern recipes fusing Thai and French cuisine .The menu includes appetizer, first course, main course, dessert, wine or beer, coffee or tea.

Breakfast will be served between 8:00 and 10:00.The evening meal will be served from 7:30 pm.

Bread and homemade pastries, organic flours and vegetables from La Ferme de la Coste, Montaigut-Lauragais, fruits and vegetables from Le Petit Verger, Caraman, meat and poultry from La Boucherie Caramanaise, Caraman, herbs, tomatoes and vegetables from the garden in season, and eggs from our chickens. Rice and spices come from Thailand.
